  • Interim Board Chair

David is a president of Old Town Advisors, which was founded in 2022. He has spent 30 years navigating his clients through market highs as well as a few economic crises and unprecedented situations.

David will carefully and critically examine the many market innovations, opportunities, and new products for suitability to our clients. As a hands‐on advisor, his advisory clients appreciate his discreet, unbiased fiduciary role. He is fiercely protective of his client's privacy and unmotivated by outside pressures.
After 30 years of serving his clients under an umbrella of a large‐firm structure, David is eager to bring them to the independent experience provided by Concurrent Investment Advisors, LLC. This move will allow the focus to be on the primary interests of the clients, and the committed advisors who serve them.

David received a degree in economics from New Mexico State University in 1991.  He is an outdoorsman and enjoys both the wild aspects of New Mexico as well as the luxuries. He appreciates the complexities of our state and its spirited residents. David, along with his wife Ann, an international oil and gas geologist, reside in the north valley of Albuquerque. David has served on the board of the New Mexico School for the Blind, which his daughter, Mollie, attended.

  • Community Relations

    ● What is your current professional role or past relevant roles?

    ○ Ryan is a weekday morning meteorologist for KRQE News 13 in

Albuquerque, and he had a similar role in Midland & Odessa in West Texas.

He likes to volunteer for those in need and/or be involved in the community,

whether it be the sick, at Church, out in the streets, or for family & friends.

    ● Why were you drawn to Inhora's mission?

    ○ Ryan heard about Inhora's key role in the community through a bible study

meeting very close by at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in

Downtown, as he felt called to help out the "poor in spirit." He thinks it's so

important to have that sense of home that Inhora provides to the patients

when they move on from this life to hopefully into Heaven as he believes it's

our role to provide that pathway to patients with God's ultimate help.

    ● What's one fun/surprising thing about you outside of work?

    ○ Ryan is from Northeast New Jersey and as an Italian, he loves to eat

spaghetti and meatballs with marinara sauce!

  • Chair of Education

Micah is currently a nurse navigator at the NM VA Hospital. She has been a nurse for over 25 years and completed her Master’s degree in Nursing Education last year. Micah is drawn to Inhora’s mission because it addresses a significant need in our community with a Christ-like approach. Inhora’s vision aligns with God’s vision for how we care for one another, which is reflected in James 1:27. This verse defines pure religion as actively caring for vulnerable people, particularly orphans and widows in their time of need, while also maintaining personal integrity by remaining unaffected by the corrupt world. It emphasizes practical compassion and moral integrity as crucial aspects of faith.

In addition to her professional work, Micah enjoys serving at her church in the children’s ministry and is a co-leader in a Girl Scout troop. She is also a mom to two teenagers and two mixed-breed dogs.

  • Spiritual Advisor

Father Kevin Obiesie is a newly ordained priest currently assigned to the Aquinas Newman Center.

  • Founding Chairwoman, Tenure 2023-2025

My name is Victoria Pruitt, but I go by Tory. I was born and currently live in Albuquerque, NM. I am a single mother of 2 wonderful boys and grandmother to my beloved granddaughter. I come from a generational family, traced back to the Spaniards and with lineage from Ireland. I received an AA in Family Studies ECECD, and a BSW, MSW from Highlands University.

For most of my life, I have worked with families, all ages of children, and with special needs children and adults. The last 13 years of my career have been in Administration of a 501 (c)3 non-profit school.

My cousin Erick inspired my passion for Inhora. He died alone from mental illness and addiction. If there had been a place like Inhora, our large family could have been with him so he wouldn’t have died alone. My vision for Inhora is that no one will have to die alone.

  • Co-Founder

Abraham Placencio was born and raised by devout Catholic parents. He received his B.A. from GCU Christian University in 1988. He served as a missionary in Brazil and Mexico, did public health outreach during the AIDS crisis, and cared for his own parents while they received hospice care in their home. Abraham had 30 years of experience serving the unsheltered. He was professed as a Third Order Franciscan in 2014 and was a Deacon Candidate for Ordination in 2025. He died unexpectedly on March 11th, 2024, but his life continues to inspire the Inhora mission.
